Handling Time
Please allow 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs
We currently ship within Australia only and we offer two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. All shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and the selected delivery option.

Note: Oversized or bulky items may incur additional delivery charges. Customers will be contacted with a quote before the order is shipped.

Standard Shipping
For orders valued between $0 and $99.99, the shipping fee is $10.
For orders of $100 or more, Standard Shipping is free of charge.
Express Shipping
Regardless of order value, Express Shipping is available at a flat rate of $15.

Express shipping: 1 - 4 business days depending on your parcel destination

In-store Pickup
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed before 5 PM are generally prepared and ready for collection the next day (excluding holidays). Once you receive the pickup confirmation email, you can collect your order from our warehouse.
